RCM Y-Wall is not designed or tested as a flexible board for curved applications, and we do not publish a minimum bending radius.
Where a curved façade is required, the recommended approach is to facet the curve by cutting the board into narrower vertical strips and installing these as a series of flat panels. This creates the required curved appearance while allowing each board section to remain flat.
The width of the strips will depend on the required radius, with tighter curves typically requiring narrower sections.
