RCM sheathing boards have not been tested for use below ground level.
Where the application extends below the traditional DPC level, an appropriate EPDM membrane should be installed from the sheathing board down to the base of the concrete slab to help protect the system from excessive moisture. This should be integrated with the building's waterproofing layer at that location.
